Mary Keogh

Registered Psychotherapist

Mary has over 5 years experience, working with individuals over 18.

What has she helped her clients achieve? Clients can achieve positive changes re: negative thought patterns and core beliefs, capacity to express and regulate emotions, transformations in behaviour patterns, positive shifts in relationship dynamics, healing and peaceable reconciliation of past memories and experiences (as far back as childhood), positive shifts in self-perception, self-esteem, and how one relates to self and others.

Why does she practice her therapy? Mary believes strongly in the power of the human connection and believes that we all, at times, need objective, compassionate support in our lives. Someone who sees us and believes in us - especially when we are stuck or emotionally hurting and when we can't see our own value or worth. Mary is passionate about mental health and wellness and normalizing the conversation around it. She believes in being open about our emotions and feelings and asking for support when needed is a strength and not a weakness. She holds a space for her Clients always to be heard, validated, & supported.

It is an honour for Mary to connect and build relationships with her clients. Seeing a therapist takes commitment and courage, to witness her clients' hard work, healing, and transformation is a gift that she does not take lightly.
